With a location only 20 minutes from the world-renowned Research Triangle Park and Raleigh Durham International Airport, Apex enjoys a prime business location and rich industrial diversity, which argue well for its future economic well-being. We consider ourselves “The Peak of the Triangle.” Manufacturing ranges from linear measuring instruments to computer information management systems to specialty devices for robotic arms to clip closures to precision rotary cutting tools to medical devices to sheet metal fabrication. Twenty-seven non-residential building permits were issued between January 2006 and September of 2006. Non-residential construction costs totaled over 40 million dollars as of September 2006.
Pinnacle Park, Norris Park, Crowne Point, Perry Industrial Park, US 64 West Business Park, and Pine Hill Business Center all offer office/flex/warehouse options and lots are still available. Pinnacle Park is currently the largest industrial park in Apex.
Norris Park is a master-planned 198,000 SF development with easy access to Hwy 55, US 1 and US 64. Currently two of the seven buildings within Norris Park have been completed and offer Class A office/flex/industrial space. Future development in Norris Park includes five additional buildings.
Apex Professional Park at Hwy. 64 & 55, Apex Medical Park, and Peakway Market Square all offer Class A office space. The Salem Street Arboretum, which is currently under construction, will provide the newest Class A office space, “condos in nature.”
